Daily Metrics

How do I enter my daily metrics?

Once you log into your account, you’ll be taken to the Monthly Coping Signals page, where you can navigate to any day you like. In the Daily Coping Signal page, you’ll see the dial at the top which shows you visually how you are doing for the day. Select either AM Signal or PM Signal to enter your metrics for that day.

Do I need to enter both the AM Signal and the PM Signal?

No, you can enter any information you would like. The AM and PM options are available for you to use, but you can enter just the PM Signal (or AM Signal) if you only want to enter metrics once-per-day. If you do enter both your AM and PM metrics, then there are options to see the different levels on the graph.

What are the Signal Boosts and Signal Interference?
